At Angus Alarms & Security Ltd, we acknowledge customers have different needs when it comes to service and maintenance agreements. SILVER

Our Silver contract is suitable for most residential and small commercial applications. This contract includes the following:

  • Free Legislation Review on your existing Fire or Security System
  • Annual Service Check up
  • Access to Angus Alarms & Security 24hour telephone support
  • Contracted Service Callout Rate, Hourly Charge and Reduced Parts Prices

GOLD

Our Gold contract is suitable for most residential and small commercial applications. This contract includes the following:

  • Free Legislation Review on your existing Fire or Security System
  • Annual Service Check up
  • Access to Angus Alarms & Security 24hour telephone support
  • Includes Callout Charge, onsite labour*

PLATINUM

Our Platinum contract is suitable for most residential applications. This contract includes the following:

  • Free Legislation Review on your existing Fire or Security System
  • Annual Service Check up
  • Access to Angus Alarms & Security 24hour telephone support
  • Includes Callout Charge, onsite labour AND replacement parts*

* Exclusions apply - Customer incurred error is not included. Fire, flood, vandalism and customer training are also excluded. Inclusive labour applies to service faults and not additional parts, system extensions or temporary isolations requested by the customer; these are subject to day work rates and shall be quoted on an individual basis.

All prices quoted are plus VAT at the current rate.

Where systems require more than a single routine inspection visit per annum (such as fire alarm systems) an additional premium is applicable to the prices stated above.
